13 People were bringing little children to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them. 14 When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15 I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." 16 And he took the children in his arms, put his hands on them and blessed them.
Jesus wants us to bring our children to Him.

How can we bring our children to Jesus? Prayer
Only Jesus can bring our children to salvation in Him.
Only Jesus is the Great Physician. He is by far the greatest doctor of all time.
Only Jesus can watch over our children 24/7.
Only Jesus knows what is best for our children in every situation.
Only Jesus has the wisdom, power and love to bring about the very best for our children.
Only Jesus can fill our children with the Holy Spirit.
Only Jesus can truly teach our children the life lessons they will need.
Only Jesus can mold our children into the people they need to be.
Only Jesus can make our children ready for eternity with Him.
Some parents will devote many hours to their children (hauling them around, playing with them, caring for them, etc.), but they don't spend much time at all praying for their children. Those parents are not doing their best for their children.
